Career Opportunities
Estimator
We are always looking to connect with experienced Estimators who can perform takeoffs and prepare detailed estimates for architectural woodwork, millwork, and casework on commercial construction projects — covering materials, shop labor, installation, and vendor-supplied items. Ideal candidates have a background in commercial construction estimating, strong communication skills, and comfort with everyday office and estimating software. No specific program required — we'll train you on ours.
CAD Engineer
We love hearing from CAD drafters with architectural millwork and casework experience. You'll do well here if you're comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can hit deadlines. The role involves shop drawings, submittals, and preparing parts for machining. CAD software experience is required; familiarity with millwork-specific design programs is a plus.
Project Manager
NVM is always looking to connect with Construction Project Managers who have experience in millwork, casework, or architectural woodwork — people who can manage multiple fast-paced projects and communicate well with customers and vendors. The role covers field measurements, project coordination, material purchasing, and keeping shop production and installers aligned.
Journeymen Cabinet Maker
NVM is always on the lookout for skilled cabinet makers to join our team. The ideal candidate can take a job from start to finish — reading plans, working safely and efficiently with standard woodworking machinery and tools, and working well as part of a team.
