Careers at NVM

Neshaminy Valley Millwork offers a few different career paths. Our shop is filled with skilled labor. In the office we have CAD engineers, estimators, purchasing, production management, and project managers. We offer competitive salary with excellent benefits for all our office positions. Career Opportunities

Estimator

We are looking for a person with Construction Estimating experience preferably also with experience in millwork, casework and architectural woodwork. Typical projects include hospitals, corporate offices, schools, casino, and other commercial type projects. On Screen Takeoff and Quick Bids software experience a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook a must. Job Responsibilities: Produce takeoffs and estimates of commercial architectural woodwork, millwork and casework from architectural/construction drawings. Estimates will include materials, shop labor and installation labor as well as specialty product pricing gathered from vendors.

CAD Engineer

CAD drafter with architectural millwork and casework experience. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include shop drawings, submittals, processing parts for machining, etc. AutoCAD experience is a must, Microvellum and Cut Rite experience is a plus. Must also have knowledge Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Project Manager

Construction Project Manager with experience in millwork, casework and architectural woodwork. Candidate must be able to manage multiple fast paced projects and communicate well with customers and vendors. Responsibilities include field measurements, project management, material purchases, as well as coordinating work with our shop production management and installers. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Journeymen Cabinet Maker

NVM is always looking for skilled labor to improve our team. The ideal candidate cabinet maker should be able to take a job from start to finish. Must be able to read plans, safely and efficiently work with all the standard woodworking machinery and tools, and work as a team player.
