Roles We Hire For
Estimator
Good estimates keep our projects on track. Our estimators do takeoffs and build detailed estimates for architectural woodwork, millwork, and casework on commercial construction projects, covering materials, shop labor, installation, and vendor-supplied items. The best fit has commercial construction estimating experience, communicates clearly, and is comfortable with everyday office and estimating software.
CAD Engineer
Every project starts on the screen. Our CAD engineers produce shop drawings and submittals and prepare parts for machining. Architectural millwork and casework drafting experience is a must, along with CAD software skills. Experience with millwork-specific design programs is a bonus. You'll do well here if you like a fast pace and take deadlines seriously.
Project Manager
Our project managers keep the moving parts moving. That means field measurements, project coordination, material purchasing, and keeping shop production and installers in step. The best fit has managed construction projects in millwork, casework, or architectural woodwork, handles several jobs at once, and communicates well with customers and vendors.
Journeymen Cabinet Maker
Craftsmanship is at the heart of our shop. Our cabinetmakers take jobs from start to finish: reading plans, working safely and efficiently with standard woodworking machinery and tools, and pulling their weight as part of a skilled team.
